Our Policies Courses

A student can cancel a class 15 days before the class start date for a full refund by emailing info@aquacerts.com

If cancelled within 7- 14 days of the class start date, student will receive 50% 

If notified at info@aquacerts.com 15 days prior to class start date, student may receive credit to register for a future class.

Our classes must have a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 10 participants before another instructor is added.

You must attend and participate during the FULL course in order to receive your certification.

If a student is excessively late or does not attend, they will be removed from the class and will not receive a refund

All swim lessons packages are good for 6 months from purchase date.

Weather - If it begins to lightning before our lesson, we will reschedule.If we are more than halfway through the class, it will count as completed.

Personal - If you need to reschedule your class, it must be done 48 hours prior to the start of the lesson.

Go to our online store and purchase your desired swim lesson package. You will  then receive an email with open time slots. 

If you would like to confirm your time slot before purchasing, you can email us at info@aquacerts.com

These are private lessons and are all 1 on 1. 

If you want two kids in a class it is allowed, but each kid will count as one lesson.

EX: You purchased 4 private lessons. If you want both kids in the same class, that will be a total of 2/4 of your package used.
